Advanced Polymer Recycling Acquires AgTech Recycling, Expanding Agricultural Plastics Capabilities in the Southeast

Peachtree City, GA | February 23, 2026

Advanced Polymer Recycling LLC (APR)
, a leading plastic recycling service provider based in Peachtree City, Georgia, today announced the acquisition of AgTech Recycling, an agricultural plastics recovery and processing company headquartered in Quitman, Georgia.

AgTech Recycling partners with regional manufacturers to reprocess scrap plastic into recycled resin suitable for reintegration into production. The Quitman facility also focuses on recycling greenhouse plastics, agricultural films, containers, and other farm‑related polymer streams that have historically been difficult to collect and recycle.

With this acquisition, APR expands its presence in southern Georgia and North Florida while adding a full‑service processing operation with the ability to recycle a wide range of complex plastics. The company states that AgTech’s capabilities will enhance APR’s ability to support both traditional mechanical recycling markets and emerging advanced recycling sectors requiring consistent, traceable feedstock.

“AgTech Recycling has built a strong reputation across the region for dependable service and technical know‑how,” said Tom Vaughn, CEO of Advanced Polymer Recycling. “This acquisition enhances our ability to aggregate and process challenging polymer streams while supporting growers and ag‑industrial partners with responsible end‑of‑life solutions.”

“AgTech Recycling was founded to provide convenient, reliable, and environmentally responsible recycling solutions that help businesses reduce plastic waste. Accomplishing those goals has not only been our mission, but also our passion,” said Scott Ferrell, President of AgTech Recycling. “Joining Advanced Polymer Recycling is the perfect next step to broaden our impact and accelerate our shared sustainability goals. We’re excited about this next chapter and confident that together we can drive meaningful growth in recycling and circular manufacturing.

APR plans to integrate the Quitman facility into its broader processing network, expanding consolidation, sortation, and downstream processing capabilities. As part of the integration, the company will implement enhanced material‑qualification protocols, data‑tracking systems, and quality‑control standards to align the facility with APR’s operational and compliance framework.

Advanced Polymer Recycling Acquires One Stop Recycling, Expands Georgia Operations

Peachtree City, GA | February 20, 2026

Advanced Polymer Recycling LLC (APR)
, a leading plastic recycling service provider headquartered in Peachtree City, Georgia, today announced the acquisition of One Stop Recycling, an Austell‑based processor specializing in post‑industrial plastic recycling and material management services for regional and national manufacturers.

The acquisition significantly expands APR’s Georgia footprint, increases processing throughput, and enhances the company’s material consolidation, toll processing, and feedstock preparation capabilities. With the addition of the Austell facility, APR further strengthens its position as a vertically integrated recycling partner serving manufacturers, converters, and advanced recycling companies across the Southeast.

“This acquisition reflects our commitment to building a robust regional infrastructure for plastic recycling,” said Tom Vaughn, CEO of APR. “One Stop Recycling has established a strong reputation for operational reliability and customer responsiveness. By integrating their capabilities with APR’s downstream processing network, we are creating a more scalable and efficient solution for our customers."

As part of the transaction, Maria Qian, founder and president of One Stop Recycling, will continue in her leadership role overseeing the Austell facility while supporting broader APR initiatives centered on scalability, customer integration, and long‑term strategic growth.

“I founded One Stop in 2009 with just $30,000, no industry background, and no resources - only determination and a willingness to learn,” said Qian. “What started small grew into a company with more than 40 trailers serving customers across Georgia and neighboring states. I am deeply proud of what our team has built through resilience, discipline, and the trust of our partners."

"Today I’m excited to begin a new chapter with APR. What stood out most tome is the character of their leadership - bold vision, relentless execution, deep passion for the recycling industry, and a genuine commitment to people. I did not build this company to stay small. Together, we now have the opportunity to scale further, strengthen our impact, and help shape the future of recycling.”

With this acquisition, APR continues expanding its regional network to support industrial clients seeking practical, cost‑effective, and compliant plastic recycling solutions. The company plans to continue evaluating strategic growth opportunities that strengthen processing capabilities and enhance long‑term supply partnerships.
